Returns & Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns on physical products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads and PDF guides (all sales final)
- Custom or bespoke-tailored items made to your measurements
- Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Email shop@axomor.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. PhonePe/UPI refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days; bank transfers may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed on our end.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct size or colour exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please return the original item (per the process above) and place a new order.
