Delivery Coverage

We ship Pan-India — all states and union territories across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Because our products are handloom, handcrafted, and manually tailored, each order is prepared with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. For custom or bespoke sizing requests, processing may take 7–10 business days.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Tier 2 & 3 cities — 5–8 business days after dispatch
• Northeast India & remote areas — 7–12 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier network conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen disruptions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a threshold amount — check the checkout page for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Packaging

All orders are packaged to protect the product in transit. Silk and handloom items are wrapped in acid-free tissue and sealed in a branded dust bag before being placed in a sturdy shipping box.
